Night & Day Nursing has always been our preferred nursing agency of choice. They maintain regular contact with us to ensure our expectations are being met. Their office staff are friendly and flexible. They liaise with us and they monitor their staff performance. This agency welcomes feedback from the facility, both good and bad and they respond accordingly. Agency management visits our facility regularly too. The Night & Day Nursing staff are always professional, caring and willing to follow the home’s approach with care delivery for our residents. Their staff members are easily identified, as they always wear the agency uniform and their ID badges.

West Coast Nursing Agency is the preferred supplier of temporary staff for our facility. The service from call centre is supportive and informative – they are always pleasant and helpful – no matter what time of the day or night we contact them. WCN staff are always professional, proficient and get in to do the job they have been sourced to do and have always worked in well with our permanent staff. West Coast Nursing’s business is a credit to the local area. We are happy that they are there to complement our team when required.
Cosimo, Facility Manager
Sydney Nursing has been our preferred provider of casual staff for more than five years. The quality of their staff is very high, ensuring that our residents continue to receive quality support when we have staff shortages. The bookings team is always very helpful and supportive and they try to provide the same staff when possible to maintain consistency for our residents. I would recommend Sydney Nursing to any facility which requires casual staff.
Bernadette, Facility Manager

Thank you for my Employee of the Month Award. It was very unexpected, but totally appreciated. It is very rewarding to know that I am involved with an organisation that recognises when its employee's strive to go that little bit extra, and promotes the organisations name to its clients, which I try to do everytime I get an assignment. So once again, thank you for my award, it means a lot to me, and I feel privileged to have "won" this honour.
Happy New Year. Night and Day’s support in the last year and past years are very much appreciated, not only for assisting us in filling in our shifts but the exceptional quality work performance of your staff is just amazing.
Further, thank you for your offer of free education and training opportunities. I have consulted my team and we love the opportunity to have the following education sessions:
- Understanding dementia and challenging behaviour: implementing strategies and communication skills
- Level 2 First Aid
- CPR Update
- Basic Wound Care
Dona, Director of Nuirsing
Unified Care has always demonstrated excellent customer service with prompt follow up of any issues. Account management has been managed well despite a change of business ownership and continuity has been maintained with the same staff in the main office as well as agency staff who are sent. We are very happy with the service provided by Unified Care. Special mention to Tracey Stow.
How are you?
Droppin’ an email for the following:
1. Thank you for making time to see us here in the Gold coast. We appreciate it. Not to mention the sumptuous lunch :)
2. Thank you for being considerate and understanding re: my maternity leave & present condition. Including the sudden changes (I think it goes with the pregnancy moods hahahaha).
3. Thank you for your appreciation with regards to my performance at work. (employee of the month). It feels good that our agency notices our hard work.
4. Joanne and the QLD team has been so patient with me especially with my condition. Please bear with me, I can’t wait to finish the pregnancy though I know it will be a new set of challenges after giving birth. I always want to give my best when at work that’s why I feel guilty not being able to work fully as I am. Back pains are really terrible.
Anyway, so this email is generally to sent my gratitude to you. We always pray for the agency's continuous success and stability.
Hope all is well to with you and your family.
Good Morning Joanne,
I received this lovely feedback regarding Joana yesterday afternoon from the NUM of Special Care Nursery.
Please let Joana know that she has done herself and her agency proud. It was obviously a pleasure to have her tending to our patients (and no doubt their parents).
Have a wonderful day
I just wanted to pass on some very positive feedback I received from one of my nurses in SCN regarding Joana who was allocated to us on the night of Saturday 22nd July.
“I took over from her and was just wondering if you could pass on to pool or her agency how efficient and thorough she was.
Her baby in room 39 was very unwell and she had that baby sorted with the help of another nurse very quickly.
I felt she did really well and it was a pleasure to take over from her , her babies were very well cared for as well as she was very pleasant”
Can you please let her agency know as well and it is always a pleasure to have her working in SCN.
Nurse Unit Manager
