Their office staff are friendly and flexible. They liaise with us and they monitor their staff performance. This agency welcomes feedback from the facility, both good and bad and they respond accordingly. Agency management visits our facility regularly too. The Night & Day Nursing staff are always professional, caring and willing to follow the home’s approach with care delivery for our residents. Their staff members are easily identified, as they always wear the agency uniform and their ID badges.

I just wanted to pass on some very positive feedback I received from one of my nurses in SCN regarding Joana who was allocated to us on the night of Saturday 22nd July.
“I took over from her and was just wondering if you could pass on to pool or her agency how efficient and thorough she was.
Her baby in room 39 was very unwell and she had that baby sorted with the help of another nurse very quickly.
I felt she did really well and it was a pleasure to take over from her , her babies were very well cared for as well as she was very pleasant”
